Whether or not there are study fees depends on the Bundesland, it's a relatively new thing (I think). In fact only in 7 Bundesländern you have to pay (though that still changes). And I'm pretty sure the Nazis only want it for propaganda reasons and... argh. >/ It's remarkacble how similar the left and the right parties' opinions are... What kind of politics do the Nationalists make?
