Mastering my studies bit by bit! Slow like a snail but making progress none the less! 8D

Seeing as I already spammed you with Finnish stuff you didn't understand, I thought why not spam you with Norwegian you (probably) don't understand? ;) (Also, [livejournal.com profile] isegrim_chan asked for it! Wahaha!)

In class we're reading a children's book at the moment. It's about the outsider Johannes Jensen. Who also is a crocodile.

Anyway, we got the task to describe his leilighet (flat, for you non-Norwegian speaking persons ;D). So there you go...

Johannes Jensen like å spise in kjøkkenet.

It took me way to long to write that... xD *coughs*

ETA: Fiskeboll song! We actually sang that in class...

I understand it XP And the feminine parts too (even though it's not even mentioned in my book O.o) :DDD YAY :P Tusen takk for this :D (and thanks to isegrim_chan for asking for this :D) ♥

Wow, you've learned a lot already :D And what a lovely song XDDDDD

Ingen årsak! xD I just use the feminine forms 'cause our teacher told us that mostly the conservatives only use the masculine form, so I'm trying to avoid that even if it's harder. xD
It's a fascinating story, eh? ;D

Yes, at least a lot more than in Finnish! :) We're often singing songs, for example those two, too. :)

Actually, now I'm beginning to notice them (the feminine forms :D) everywhere too :P And that's great you told me all this, because we don't want to sound conservative, right? :P
Very exciting. Johannes Jensen is a very lucky ... crocodile. :P

XDDDDD Totally awesome :D LMAO @ the one with a cat :P

Yeay! Even though I don't know whether they're "officially" bokmål, but whatever. |D
Are you mocking his crocodileness?! He already had anough issues about that! xD

I actually find the cat a little disturbing...

Blah, the important thing is you understand them and they understand you, other things come with practice :D But they REALLY complicated the whole thing :S
Well, no, of course not!! It must be great - being a crocodile in Norway :D Really?! XD What issues?? :D

Disturbing, huh? XDDDD It is rather ... unusual XD The eyes are a bit creepy XD

I will just have to find a Norwegian, who is willing to listen to me! xD
I'd imagine, it's a bit cold... xD

Like everything else. xD

Ah, no problem! Just get them some aquavit or vodka and they'll listen all day (and night) XD
Well, he probably lives in the south, right? :D

Ah, Norwegians XD

Sure, it tells you all the dirty details, even some you didn't want to know XD
Oh, yes, that's VERY special :D Maybe he likes skiing. Or ski jumping! XD

Like what?
Maybe his tail would be good to... steer?

From: [identity profile] sixtht.livejournal.com
Of course! Steering, balance, many things :D But they would have to invent another compensation factor - the tail does give him a huge advantage XD

Like the tail factor? But he would be the only one always getting minus points! D: (Except if a kangaroo also wanted to enter the competition. But that would win anything anyway!)
